WASHINGTON — Donuts aren’t usually offered up for the Coyotes players, especially on game days, but exceptions are apparently granted when the treats come from a shop co-owned by center Jeff Halpern.
The D.C. native opened Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken about a year ago with a friend of his, and the shop has branched out from one location to also having a truck on the move.
